What is meant by “Transaction(s) in Progress” on the Investment Details page?
A balance may appear on “Transaction(s) in Progress” for one or more of the following reasons:
- JTC Employer Solutions are awaiting confirmation of a purchase/sale from a fund manager(s)
- JTC Employer Solutions has sent cash to a fund manager(s) or are awaiting cash from a fund manager(s)
- JTC Employer Solutions is awaiting cash proceeds from a foreign exchange transaction(s).
The purpose of providing this information is to show the overall value of your plan in the reporting currency at any one time.
