Why can I not see my most recent contributions?
Please note – this option may not be applicable to your plan(s). For further details please contact the Helpdesk.
- On your Plan Summary page, select the plan you wish to view your contributions for.
- Here, you should see your current investment and cash details.
- Select the cash account for the currency your contributions are received in.
- You should now see a breakdown of all recent contributions into the plan.
- If your contributions are not reflecting, it may be because they are received in arrears or are paid on a quarterly basis. If in doubt, it may be worth contacting your HR department or our dedicated helpdesk for further information.
